MiR-155-5p exerts tumor-suppressing functions in Wilms tumor by targeting IGF2 via the PI3K signaling pathway.
Xin Luo,Junjun Dong,Xingyue He,Lianju Shen,Chunlan Long,Feng Liu,Xing Liu,Tao Lin,Dawei He,Guanghui Wei +9 more
TL;DR: Findings suggest that miR-155-5p functions as a tumor suppressor in WT through inactivating the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway by directly targeting IGF2, and might be a novel therapeutic target for WT.

Co-expression of Piwil2/Piwil4 in nucleus indicates poor prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
Guangping Zeng,Deying Zhang,Xing Liu,Qing Kang,Yiyao Fu,Bo Tang,Wenhao Guo,Yuanyuan Zhang,Guanghui Wei,Dawei He +9 more
TL;DR: The nuclear co-expression of Piwil2/Piwil4 indicated that patients with HCC had a worse prognostic phenotype, and the molecular chaperone Piwiltshire/Pwil4 seems promising as a molecular marker for prognosis judgment.

Epithelial–mesenchymal transformation and apoptosis in rat urethra development
Yue Zhou,Xing Liu,Fangyuan Huang,Yang Liu,Xining Cao,Lianju Shen,Chunlan Long,Dawei He,Tao Lin,Guanghui Wei +9 more
TL;DR: This is the first study to demonstrate epithelial–mesenchymal transformation and epithelial cell apoptosis in the urethral seam cells of fetal rats, which provide new insights into the mechanisms involved in embryonal development of the Urethra.
Assisted reproductive technologies and the risk of congenital urogenital tract malformations: A systematic review and meta-analysis.
TL;DR: Meta-analysis showed that ART was correlated with an increased risk of urogenital tract malformations in offspring, especially hypospadias and cryptorchidism, and among offspring conceived by ART, multiple pregnancies appeared to result in a higher risk ofUrogenitals tract malformation than singleton pregnancies.

The effects of home confinement on pediatric fractures during the COVID 19 outbreak.
TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper evaluated the effects of home confinement on the occurrence of fractures among children, and found that home confinement and traffic restriction resulted in a reduction in traffic accidents-associated fractures.
