Etiology and Comorbidity Diagnoses Effect on Outcomes for Patients Undergoing Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography.
TL;DR: The need to understand all patient risk factors before having them undergo ERCP is highlighted, especially in the setting of scheduled surgery, to increase the possibility of avoiding negative outcomes like mortality, increased patient costs, and increased length of stay.
Equivalent Performance of Exam Items Associated with Case-Based Learning, Flipped Classroom, and Lecture in a Pre-clerkship Medical Curriculum
TL;DR: The results indicate that knowledge acquisition, as assessed by the multiple-choice summative exams, was equivalent regardless of learning activity modality.
