TL;DR: A review of knowledge management effects and performance in health care is presented in this paper , where six databases were searched, the searches employing Boolean operators and combinations of key words, in total, 16 articles fulfilled the criteria set for inclusion.

TL;DR: The engagement of nursing leaders is critical for the future of the cancer nursing profession, quality cancer care, and the overall health care system as mentioned in this paper , and therefore, collaboration among multidisciplinary leadership, health care organizations, academic institutions, professional organizations, and policy-making structures is warranted.
