TL;DR: An 89-year-old patient was hospitalized with signs of acute lithiasic cholecystitis and gastric emptying failure and it was necessary to perform an Y-en-Roux antroduodenojejunal anastomosis because an antroduODenal parietal defect resulted after the removal of the gangrenous gallbladder.

TL;DR: Postoperative bile leaks (fistulas) fallowing conservative surgery of ruptured hydatid hepatic cyst into the biliary tract are not rare regardless of the type of rupture (frank or occult); in such cases internal drainage provides a good alternative with low morbidity.

Mini-invasive treatment of complications following laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
TL;DR: The mini-invasive treatment of complications was completed with good results and the main postoperative complications were bile leakage and choleperitoneum, haemoperitoneum and subhepatic abscess.
