Dinka Matošević,Nikola Lacković,George Melika,Katarina Kos,Iva Franić,Eva Kriston,Miklós Bozsó,Gabrijel Seljak,Mojca Rot +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors describe the first results of the introduction and release of T. sinensis for controlling the populations of invasive D. kuriphilus in sweet chestnut forests and orchards in Croatia, Hungary and Slovenia.
Outbreak of Orthotomicus erosus (Coleoptera, Curculionidae) on Aleppo Pine in the Mediterranean Region in Croatia
TL;DR: In this article, the first outbreak with high population levels of Orthotomicus erosus in Croatia has been documented and the extent of dieback was evaluated by counting trees with dieback symptoms on diagonal transects plotted through each of 33 forest management sections of Marjan Forest Park (Split).

Natural infestation of entomopathogenic fungus Beauveria pseudobassiana on overwintering Corythucha arcuata (Say) (Hemiptera: Tingidae) and its efficacy under laboratory conditions
TL;DR: The results presented here demonstrate this fungus as an antagonist, and indicate it as a potential candidate for future biological control of this invasive pest.
