Embodiments of the invention are to compounds, methods, and compositions for use in the treatment of viral infections. More specifically embodiments of the invention are 2′,4′-substituted nucleoside compounds useful for the treatment of viral infections, such as HIV, HCV, and HBV infections.

The fan housing (11) is connected to an air guide assembly (17) in which an air duct (19) connected on the pressure side to the fan casing and having an outlet opening (20) on the outlet side is connectable through an adjustable opening to an air duct (22) attached on the suction side to the fan casing and having an inlet opening (23) on the inlet side so that a part of the air stream on the pressure side can be supplied to the air stream on the suction side. The opening between the air ducts can be adjusted by an adjustable air flap.

The blower (9) has a housing (11) accommodating a rotor disk, and a partition wall arranged at side walls. The partition wall engages into the rotor disk, where an inner space of the partition wall is divided into suction chambers (V1, V2). A circumferential wall region (19) is curved from an outlet wall region (22) in an S-shape. A curved region (24) forms a flow conducting element for airflow returned to one of the suction chambers. An outlet region (21) is extended in an outlet flow direction to a diffuser in cross sections. The housing is made of plastic or metal.
