Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication terminal which is used by switching between a plurality of wireless communication systems by a software wireless technique, and which shortens a switching time between the wireless communication systems by efficiently monitoring radio waves in the plurality of wireless communication systems. SOLUTION: A wireless communication terminal is provided with: a measurement unit 40 for measuring radio waves based in the plurality of wireless communication systems on a time division basis; and a controller 12 for giving priorities to the wireless communication systems on the basis of values measured for the wireless communication systems. The controller 12 changes measurement times to be allocated to the wireless communication systems on the basis of the stabilities of radio wave environments for the wireless communication systems.
