Abstract: The invention relates to a touch identification method, a touch key structure and a touch device. The touch identification method comprises the following steps of: carrying out charge supplement on charge accumulation areas which correspond to keys of the touch key structure when the touch key structure is about to touch or nearly touched till the charge amount of the charge accumulation areas which correspond to the keys achieves equilibrium; calculating the charge variable amount of the charge accumulation areas when the touch key structure is about to touch through the charge supplement amount of the charge accumulation areas which correspond to the keys, and calculating the ratio of the charge variable amount and the charge equilibrium amount of the charge accumulation areas; and identifying the key which corresponds to the charge accumulation area with maximal charge variable amount as a touched key.
