Abstract: The invention discloses a tile automatic sorting device. The tile automatic sorting device comprises a conveyor belt, tile guiding pulleys, a photoelectric monitoring head, a tile blocking plate, centering supporting plates, a clamp, rocker arms and a tile frame. The conveyor belt consists of two parallel belts, a plurality of tile guiding pulleys are arranged on two sides of an input end of the conveyor belt, the photoelectric monitoring head is arranged above the conveyor belt, the tile blocking plate is arranged between the two belts of the conveyor belt, the centering supporting plates are arranged on the outer sides of the two belts in front of the tile blocking plate, a pair of rocker arms are arranged on one side of the conveyor belt, a cylinder is arranged on the ends of the two rocker arms respectively, the clamp is arranged on a cylinder shaft, a rotating motor can drive the clamp to rotate, and the angle of a tile is adjusted when the rocker arms are swayed. The tile frame is arranged on the outer side corresponding to the rocker arms, and is arranged on an adjusting rail, and a positioner is arranged on the inner side of the tile frame. The tile automatic sorting device finishes a tile sorting task by swaying the rocker arms back and forth along a shaft, mechanical components are operated stably, and the tile automatic device has a simple structure and a long service life.
