Abstract: The invention discloses a synchronous splicing display method and device. A pulse signal with the refresh frequency the same as that of a display is used as a reference synchronizing pulse, according to the method, all video frames obtained after video images of the same video source are partitioned are sent to different output ends, and an end packet containing the processing frequency is sent to each output end after all the video frames are sent; each output end receives the corresponding video frame and put the video frame in a pre-stage cache, performs image processing on one video frame in the pre-stage cache according to the processing frequency contained in the received end packet under the control of the reference synchronizing pulse and caches the processed images in corresponding post-stage cache; each output end sends one video frame in the post-cache in a display sending time sequence to a connected display to be displayed under the control of the reference synchronizing pulse. With the adoption of the synchronous splicing display method and device, the frame rate matching problem that the original image frame rate and the display frame rate are not matched can be effectively solved, and the splicing display synchronization can be guaranteed.
