Abstract: The invention discloses a synchronized diameter-variable modular indexable numerical control boring cutter, and relates to the field of manufacturing of numerical control tool. One end of a main adjustment shaft is arranged in a boring cutter shaft box body, and the other end penetrates through a central hole of the boring cutter shaft box body; a shaft box thrust cover plate is detachably connected with the boring cutter shaft box body; the main adjustment shaft is connected with the shaft box thrust cover plate and the central hole of the boring cutter shaft box body through two bearings respectively; a main adjustment shaft bevel gear is detachably mounted at one end of the main adjustment shaft; two radial adjustment shafts are arranged symmetrically relative to an axis of the main adjustment shaft; one radial adjustment bevel gear is detachably fixed at one end of each radial adjustment shaft; the two radial adjustment bevel gears are meshed with the main adjustment shaft bevel gear; guiding external-threaded ends of the radial adjustment shafts are connected with central threaded holes of modular radial cutter shafts through threads; the modular radial cutter shafts are arranged in radial cutter shaft sleeves in a sliding manner; modular cutter heads are detachably mounted on the other end surfaces of the modular radial cutter shafts. The synchronized diameter-variable modular indexable numerical control boring cutter provided by the invention is used for boring workpieces.
