Abstract: The invention discloses a sticky rice processing process. The sticky rice processing process particularly comprises the following steps: removing impurities: putting the harvested sticky rice into a roller precleaner to remove impurities such as straws, wherein the time is 8 to 10 seconds; putting into a stone removing machine to remove foreign matters such as soil and sandstone blocks mixed in the sticky rice, wherein the time is 10 to 12 seconds; and putting into a magnetic separator to remove impurities such as scrap iron. According to the sticky rice processing process provided by the invention, shelling is conducted for twice, so that the shelling rate of the sticky rice is increased; the unshelled stick rice generated after the first-time shelling is shelled for the second time, so that the to-be-shelled raw material sticky rice is saved, the shelling yield is increased and the fact that the stick rice which is shelled incompletely is discharged together with the rice hulls is avoided; during the second-time shelling, the stick rice which is not shelled at the first time is shelled, wetting and drying are conducted, so that better shelling is benefited, the toughness of the stick rice is improved, the broken rice phenomenon caused by many-time shelling in a rice huller is avoided, efficient shelling of the sticky rice is realized and better use prospect is achieved.
