Abstract: A single layer solution touch panel includes a substrate, sensing patterns, conductive circuit patterns and a controller. The substrate includes a touch area and a peripheral area. The sensing patterns are disposed on the touch area. The conductive circuit patterns are disposed at the touch area and the peripheral area, in which the sensing patterns and the conductive circuit patterns are arranged alternately. At least a part of material of the sensing patterns is different from at least a part of material of the conductive circuit patterns. The controller is electrically connected to the sensing patterns via the conductive circuit patterns respectively.
