Abstract: The embodiment of the invention discloses a picture processing method and device and a terminal device. The processing method comprises the steps: identifying the face in a current picture, obtaining current facial information, obtaining contact person information corresponding to the current facial information, and sending the current picture to a corresponding contact person according to the contact person information. According to the picture processing method and device and the terminal device, the face contained in the current picture can be automatically identified, the contact person information corresponding to the current facial information is obtained, the current picture is sent to the corresponding contact person automatically instead of manually, operation is easy, convenient, flexible and intelligentized, and efficiency is improved.
