Partial image rotating device and method

Abstract: The partial image rotating device includes the first buffer memory, frame buffer memory, drawing module, rotating object determiner and rotating module. The buffer memory is used to store the first rotating picture corresponding to the first virtual picture. The drawing module is used to draw based on the received second cirtual picture information and store the second virtual picture in the first buffer memory. The rotating object determiner is used to determine the varying object in the second virtual picture based on the first virtual picture and the second virtual picture, and the rotating module is used to rotate the varying object into one rotating object, and replace the partial image of the varying object with rotating object.
