Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking support image including various obstacles, while minimizing a burden on a vehicle. SOLUTION: A parking facility T includes a camera C for imaging a parking space 1 from above, and an image processing part 12 for generating parking support information including images of a vehicle V and surroundings captured by the camera C. The parking support image is transmitted from the image processing part 12 to the vehicle V by interactive communication. The image processing means (part) 12 estimates movement of the vehicle in the latency from the time when the camera C captures the image to the time when the parking support information is displayed on a display screen 35a mounted on the vehicle V, and displays an outline of the vehicle which has moved by the estimate, in the parking support information.
