Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation-information acquisition system, by which the locking and unlocking of a locking device are controlled to an article to be operated and operation contents conducted by an operator under the state, in which the locking device is unlocked, can be recorded surely. SOLUTION: In the operation-information acquisition system, an identification- information reading means reading identification information from identification- information generating means for the articles to be operated generating identification information peculiar to each article to be operated is mounted on an operation-recording terminal equipment having an operation-content recording means, in which the operation contents conducted to the articles to be operated are recorded and stored. In the system, identification information is read, key- opening information or key-closing information containing identification information is generated, key-opening information is transmitted by an unlocking means and a lock is unlocked. The operation contents are input by an input means, and the input operation contents are recorded by a locking means while key- opening information is transmitted and the key is locked.
