Motor load simulation method

Abstract: The invention relates to a motor load simulation method. A torque variation curve is set in a controller, corresponding control current is generated and supplied to a clutch, a band-type brake is opened after test is started, rotating speed difference is maintained between a motor accompanied in test and a motor to be test, and torque is transmitted to the motor to be tested, thus simulating torque variation condition in elevator operational process. Compared with the prior art, the invention has simple mounting and low cost, the invention causes control on the motor accompanied in test to be simple, only requires the motor accompanied in test maintains certain speed and torque and does not require the speed and torque to be concrete value; besides, compared with well test, the invention has the advantages that the rotating speed of the transmission shaft of motor to tested is not restricted, rotating speed from zero to rate rotating speed of motor can be measured, thus being beneficial to test carried out when developing high speed elevator.
