Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffusion plate which has high luminance and maintains high light diffusion properties, and is also given antistatic properties, consequently is scarcely contaminated with dust adhesion etc. SOLUTION: The light diffusion plate is constructed by laminating a (B) layer 2 which is composed of a resin composition with antistatic properties and with 1×10 12 Ω or less surface resistance value, on at least a surface of a (A) layer 1 which contains 0.1-10 parts by mass of a light-diffusing agent with respect to 100 parts by mass of a styrenic resin or an acrylic resin. The resin composition constituting the (B) layer 2 preferably contains a conductive amphoteric ionic polymer. Also the resin composition constituting the (B) layer 2 preferably contains a conductive filler with 0.2 μm or less weight mean particle diameter in the resin portion, wherein the conductive filler is more preferably antimony pentoxide.
