Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide an information processing method and apparatus, and relate to the technical field of the internet. The method comprises the steps of obtaining at least one service provider which provides services on a plurality of platforms; from the at least one service provider, selecting out a target service provider; and according to service records, on the platforms, of the target service provider, determining a service adjustment scheme, on the first platform in the platforms, of the target service provider. According to the technical scheme provided by the method and the apparatus, in combination with information of multiple aspects, the determination of the service adjustment scheme is more targeted, so that numerous problems of an existing manual decision-making mode are avoided.
