Abstract: An activation history storage stores an activation history of applications. A determination unit refers to the activation history and determines a file that is related to an application and that should be downloaded from a server. A processing unit downloads the determined related file. The activation history storage maintains an activation history that maps identification information identifying an application into the latest activation date and time of the application, and the determination unit refers to the activation date and time and determines the related file to be downloaded.
