Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus that can prevent a decrease in measurement accuracy, measurement method, and program. SOLUTION: The shake calculation processing section 46 calculates a motion vector, which is a motion parameter between respective images, based on an odd-field image and an even-field image. When the magnitude of the motion vector calculated by the shake calculation processing section 46 exceeds a predetermined value, a shake reduction processing section 45 performs a process of substituting the frame image output from a frame image generation processing section 42 with the odd-field image output from an odd-field image generation processing section 43. A measurement processing section 47 performs a measurement process based on the frame image or the odd-field image. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
