Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide an electrically conductive film composition having low electrical resistance, and nearly the same film strength, surface properties, etc. as those of the original resin film, by adding a specific amount of carbon black having specific surface area to a binder resin. CONSTITUTION: The objective electrically conductive film composition is prepared by compounding (A) a binder resin (e.g. a thermosetting resin such as phenolic resin, a thermoplastic resin such as vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, etc.) which may be incorporated with a flexibilizer (e.g. phthalic acid ester) with (B) 2W30% of carbon black having a surface area of ≥200m 2 /g in the presence of a solvent (e.g. acetone).
