Abstract: The invention provides a display interface refresh method. The method comprises receiving refresh instructions of display interfaces to obtain display interface refresh timestamps and refresh cycles corresponding to display interface refresh instructions; receiving refresh instructions of display windows in the display interfaces to obtain target refresh timestamps of the display windows; determining whether the absolute value of the difference between the target refresh timestamps and refresh timestamps is smaller than or equal to half of the refresh cycles, and adjusting the target refresh timestamps if the absolute value is smaller than or equal to half of the refresh cycles, so that the adjusted target refresh timestamps and the refresh timestamps are identical in time. The invention further provides a display interface refresh device. By means of the method and the device, energy consumption can be reduced.
