Abstract: The invention discloses a copper-clad steel continuous casting method and device with upward feeding, adjustable eccentricity and downward traction functions. The copper-clad steel continuous castingmethod and device are characterized in that straightened steel core wires enter from the upper portion of a line frequency furnace after being preheated, and copper-clad steel wires are pulled out from the lower portion of the line frequency furnace after being continuously cast and clad in molten copper in the line frequency furnace in sequence; and the preheating temperature of the steel core wires is 300 - 600 DEG C (the preheating temperature can be adjusted according to the thickness of the steel core wires), the temperature of the molten copper is controlled at 1100 - 1200 DEG C, and thespeed of the copper-clad steel after continuous casting is 1-20m/min. According to the copper-clad steel continuous casting method and device with the upward feeding, adjustable eccentricity and downward traction functions, two or three melting channels are adopted so that the product quality can be guaranteed; a furnace body is provided with a lifting device so that the molten copper can be transferred conveniently, and graphite die replacement and maintenance are facilitated; and the device can be used for producing one or more than two steel core wires at the same time.
