Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of identifying and executing the operation of an image switching process and the operation of a screen scrolling process according to a user's head movement, and executing an operation based on the head movement with more accuracy. SOLUTION: A control unit 310 is provided which is capable of executing an operation based on the user's head movement with more accuracy by specifying the user's head movement based on information detected by a head movement detection unit 200, then executing a process desired by the user that corresponds to the angular velocity of the movement, and preventing the returning movement of the user's head from being reflected on the process. Based on predefined thresholds, the control unit 310 performs processes to execute the start and the end of each process corresponding to the magnitude of the angular velocity detected.
