Abstract: A component for an aerofoil structure including a unitary member having a spar; a cover panel; and a substantially flat intermediate section which connects the spar to the cover panel. The spar, the cover panel and the intermediate section are integrally formed such that a first angle between the intermediate section and the cover panel and a second angle between the intermediate section and the spar are both in the range 90° to 180°.
