The invention discloses a preparation method of a molybdenum substrate-based electronic control grid mesh. The preparation method comprises the following steps of a) placing a molybdenum-based blank sheet in a hydrogen furnace at 900-950 DEG C for annealing, and performing heat preservation for 3-5 minutes; b) placing the molybdenum-based blank sheet prepared in the step a) in a special die for punching to obtain the grid mesh in a spherical shape; c) placing the molybdenum-based spherical grid mesh blank sheet which is punched in the step b) in the hydrogen furnace at 900-950 DEG C for annealing, and performing heat preservation for 20-25 minutes; d) precisely processing the punched molybdenum-based spherical grid mesh blank sheet by an electric spark to form a three-ring multi-spoke grid mesh structure in one time; e) placing the molybdenum-based three-ring multi-spoke grid mesh prepared in the step d) in the hydrogen furnace at 1,000-1,100 DEG C for annealing and shaping, and performing heat preservation for 5-10 minutes; f) performing chemical deoiling cleaning on the prepared molybdenum-based three-ring multi-spoke grid mesh; and g) placing the prepared molybdenum-based three-ring multi-spoke grid mesh prepared in the step f) in an electrolytic solution for electrolytic polishing to acquire the electronic control grid mesh.
