The output unit (110) is configured to output a gate drive signal. The current-limiting unit (120) is electrically connected to the output unit (110). The current-limiting unit (120) is configured to limit the size of the current of the gate drive signal. The present circuit can reduce the current of the gate drive signal, preventing as much as possible the display abnormalities of a display panel that may be caused by excessively large current.

The embodiment of the invention provides a shift register unit, a gate drive circuit, an array substrate and a display device. The shift register comprises an input sub-circuit, a cut-off sub-circuit,an output sub-circuit, a pull-down control sub-circuit, a pull-down sub-circuit and a first reset sub-circuit. According to the application, the cut-off sub-circuit is added between the input sub-circuit and the output sub-circuit; the cut-off sub-circuit can be selectively switched on or off; therefore, the first pull-up node and the second pull-up node can be connected to be at the same potential by turning on the cut-off sub-circuit; the cut-off sub-circuit can also be controlled to be cut off, so that the first pull-up node and the second pull-up node are in a cut-off state; therefore, the potential of the second pull-up node is not affected by the second pull-down sub-circuit, so that insufficient charging of the second pull-up node is prevented even if the thin film transistor in the pull-down sub-circuit drifts, and the output end can output signals normally.

When the naked eye 3D display panel is driven, voltagecan be applied to the second transparent driving electrode layer, and voltage different from that of the second transparent driving electrode layer can be applied to each first type transparent driving electrode and each second type transparent driving electrode, so that the dielectric elastomer material layer is deformed to form a lens structure, and the naked eye 3D effect is further achieved. Compared with the prior art that the optical lens is integrated in the front of the display panel, the process preparation difficulty, the thickness and the calculation difficulty can be reduced.

In the shift register unit, an input module is connected with a first signal input end, asecond signal input end and a pull-up node, and is configured to superpose effective voltages provided by the first signal input end and the second signal input end in sequence and then output the superposed effective voltages to the pull-up node. The potential of the pull-up node can be effectively improved, so that the driving capability of the shift register unit is improved.
