Separation method for light/heavy hydrocarbons in different occurrent states in clay level of argillaceous source rock
Wang Yongshi,Cai Jingong,Wang Xuejun,Ding Fei,Lei Tianzhu,Liu Huimin,Xu Xingyou,Shoupeng Zhang,Xie Zhonghuai,Zhang Xuejun,Liu Qing,Wang Ru,Wang Dongye,Zhang Shouchun,Liu Ning,Li Zheng,Zhu Rifang +16 more
- 20 May 2015
TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a separation method for light/heavy hydrocarbons in different occurrent states in a clay level of an argillaceous source rock. But this method requires the extraction of a fresh part of a core of the source rock and a clay-level component.

Method for detecting petroleum acid in crude oil and chloroform bitumen "A"
Li Juyuan,Wang Zhong,Xu Xingyou,Li Zheng,Liu Qing,Zhang Xuejun,Zhang Shouchun,Song Changyu,Jin Hongrui,Liu Huiping,Ren Yingzi,Liu Jun +11 more
- 03 Apr 2013
TL;DR: In this paper, a method for detecting petroleum acid in crude oil and chloroform bitumen was proposed, which consists of dissolving polar components in crude oils and bitumen into dichloromethane; transferring the obtained solution to a test tube; adding a boron trifluoride-methanol solution to the test tube, and placing in an ultrasonic cleaning device to carry out oscillation, such that petroleum acids in the sample is subjected to an esterification reaction.
