But the preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) collecting salt crust from a target plant to be improved, and preparing brine from the collected salt crust; 2) uniformly mixing crop straws, kelp powder and peanut oil cakes, spraying the brine to the obtained mixture, adding a fermentation culture product of mixed florae, performing primary fermentation, extracting the obtained primary fermentation solution, and filtering the primary fermentation solutions, and drying a primary fermentation
