TL;DR: This work introduced a cross-modality registration method, called mBrainAligner, which uses coherent landmark mapping as well as deep neural networks to align whole mouse brain images to the standard Allen Common Coordinate Framework atlas and built a single cell resolution atlas using the fMOST modality.

Biomedical Image Segmentation Based on Full-Resolution Network
TL;DR: Zhang et al. as mentioned in this paper proposed a full-resolution biomedical image segmentation network(FRNet) that could maintain the integrated detailed information of image while keeping sufficient semantic information and large receptive field.

Triple-Input-Unsupervised neural Networks for deformable image registration
TL;DR: A Triple-Input-Unsupervised neural Network (TIUNet) is proposed to register two source images to a common target image at the same time and shows a superior performance of deformation field model over several other advanced deformable image registration algorithms.
