Neratinib-Plus-Cetuximab in Quadruple-WT (KRAS, NRAS, BRAF, PIK3CA) Metastatic Colorectal Cancer Resistant to Cetuximab or Panitumumab: NSABP FC-7, A Phase Ib Study.
Samuel A. Jacobs,James J. Lee,Thomas J. George,James L. Wade,Philip J. Stella,Ding Wang,Ashwin Reddy Sama,Fanny Piette,Katherine L. Pogue-Geile,Rim S. Kim,Patrick G. Gavin,Corey Lipchik,Huichen Feng,Ying Wang,Melanie Finnigan,Brian F. Kiesel,Jan H. Beumer,Norman Wolmark,Peter C. Lucas,Carmen J. Allegra,Ashok Srinivasan +20 more
TL;DR: The RP2D of neratinib in this combination was 240 mg/day, which was well tolerated with low incidence of G3 AEs, and HER2 amplification, detectable in both tissue and blood, was more frequent post-anti-EGFR therapy.
H3K4me2 reliably defines transcription factor binding regions in different cells.
Ying Wang,Xiaoman Li,Haiyan Hu +2 more
TL;DR: This study sheds light on the comprehensive discovery of the TFBRs using the HeK4me-enriched regions, especially when no good antibody to a TF exists.
Safety and Efficacy of T-DM1 Plus Neratinib in Patients With Metastatic HER2-Positive Breast Cancer: NSABP Foundation Trial FB-10
Jame Abraham,A Montero,Rachel C. Jankowitz,Mohamad Adham Salkeni,Jan H. Beumer,Brian F. Kiesel,Fanny Piette,Laura M Adamson,Rebecca J. Nagy,Richard B. Lanman,Jeff Sperinde,Weidong Huang,Carmen J. Allegra,Ashok Srinivasan,Ying Wang,Katherine L. Pogue-Geile,Peter C. Lucas,Samuel A. Jacobs +17 more
TL;DR: The recommended phase II dose of T-DM1 3.6 mg/kg and neratinib 160 mg/d for this combination is reported, suggesting possible resistance mechanisms to HER2 antibodies may be loss of the HER2 receptor and high expression of p95HER2.
ChIPModule: systematic discovery of transcription factors and their cofactors from ChIP-seq data
Jun Ding,Xiaohui Cai,Ying Wang,Haiyan Hu,Xiaoman Shawn Li +4 more
- 01 Nov 2012
TL;DR: ChIPModule is shown to efficiently identify groups of transcription factors, whose binding sites significantly co-occur in the ChIP-seq peak regions, and predicts new cofactors that are supported by literature.
Validation of the NSABP/NRG Oncology 8-Gene Trastuzumab-benefit Signature in Alliance/NCCTG N9831.
Katherine L. Pogue-Geile,Nan Song,Daniel J. Serie,Ying Wang,Patrick G. Gavin,Rim S. Kim,Noriko Tanaka,Debora Fumagalli,Yusuke Taniyama,Zhuo Li,Priya Rastogi,Sandra M. Swain,Eleftherios P. Mamounas,Charles E. Geyer,Norman Wolmark,Peter C. Lucas,Soonmyung Paik,E. Aubrey Thompson +17 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors validated the 8-gene trastuzumab-benefit signature developed and initially validated in NRG Oncology/NSABP B-31 in Alliance/NCCTG N9831.
