TL;DR: In this paper, an apparatus for preventing precipitation of sludge, agitating liquid and aerating micro bubbles in a liquid storage tank, which increases the dissolved oxygen by aerating bubbles in liquid within a tank storing liquid components on or under the ground, and agitates the liquid to prevent precipitating and piling sludge at the lower part of the tank so as to discharge the liquid at a homogeneous concentration.
