lncRNA SNHG1 regulates odontogenic differentiation of human dental pulp stem cells via miR-328-3p/Wnt/β-catenin pathway
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors determined the involvement of short nucleolar RNA host gene 1 (SNHG1) in hDPSCs' odontogenic differentiation and the mechanism that underpins it.
Management of medically inoperable and tyrosine kinase inhibitor-naïve early-stage lung adenocarcinoma with epidermal growth factor receptor mutations: a retrospective multi-institutional analysis.
Yuemei Sun,Yuemei Sun,Mengwan Wu,Mingxiu Zhou,Xing Luo,Yan Guo,Hansong Bai,Zican Zhang,Zican Zhang,Wei Tian,Xiaoshan Wang,Yifeng Bai,Xueqiang Zhu,Haixia Pan,Ying Deng,Honglin Hu,Jianling Xia,Xinbao Hao,Liangfu Han,Min Wei,Yingyi Liu,Ming Zeng +21 more
TL;DR: Upfront radiation to primary sites with subsequent TKI treatment is a feasible option for patients with medically inoperable EGFR-mutant non-small-cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) during first-line EG FR-TKI treatment, with significantly improved PFS and OS compared with those yielded by TKI Treatment alone.
Randomized Trial of First-Line Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor With or Without Radiotherapy for Synchronous Oligometastatic EGFR-Mutated Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
Xiaoshan Wang,Ye Bai,Vivek Verma,Ruiqing Yu,Wei Tan,Rui Ao,Ying Deng,Xueqiang Zhu,Hao Li,Haixia Pan,Lan Yang,Hansong Bai,Xing Luo,Yan Guo,Mingxiu Zhou,Yuemei Sun,Zican Zhang,Sicong Li,Bangxian Tan,Liangfu Han,Yingyi Liu,Kai Zhang,Fan Zeng,Lin Jia,Xinbao Hao,Youyu Wang,Ke Xie,You Lu,Ming Zeng +28 more
TL;DR: As compared to a first-line TKI alone, addition of up-front local therapy using RT statistically significantly improved PFS and OS for EGFR-mutated NSCLC.
HERG1 promotes esophageal squamous cell carcinoma growth and metastasis through TXNDC5 by activating the PI3K/AKT pathway
TL;DR: HERG1 contributes to poor prognosis in patients with ESCC by promoting ESCC cell proliferation, migration, and invasion via TXNDC5 through the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.
