High Performance Flexible Nonvolatile Memory Based on Vertical Organic Thin Film Transistor
TL;DR: In this article, a flexible floating-gate organic transistor memory (FGOTM) with vertical transistor structures was investigated for the first time on a flexible substrate, and the results show that the memory properties of VFGOTMs are comparable or even better than traditional planar FGOTMs.

Self-powered artificial auditory pathway for intelligent neuromorphic computing and sound detection
Yaqian Liu,Yaqian Liu,Enlong Li,Enlong Li,Xiumei Wang,Xiumei Wang,Chen Qizhen,Chen Qizhen,Yilun Zhou,Yilun Zhou,Yuanyuan Hu,Gengxu Chen,Gengxu Chen,Huipeng Chen,Huipeng Chen,Tailiang Guo,Tailiang Guo +16 more
TL;DR: This work provides an effective way to well mimic the biological auditory functions, which paves a new way to achieve the instruction recognition in a noise-intensity range ambient, and would profoundly decrease the power-consumption in the field of future neuromorphic systems.

Stretchable synaptic transistors with tunable synaptic behavior
Xiumei Wang,Xiumei Wang,Yujie Yan,Enlong Li,Yaqian Liu,Dengxiao Lai,Zhixian Lin,Yuan Liu,Huipeng Chen,Huipeng Chen,Tailiang Guo,Tailiang Guo +11 more
TL;DR: The results demonstrated that the learning and memory behavior, and the decay constants of synaptic transistors, which are among the most important parameters for biologic sensory neurons, can be tuned by mechanicalDeformation, which is associated with mechanical deformation dependant ion transport in ion-gel.

MXene based saturation organic vertical photoelectric transistors with low subthreshold swing
Enlong Li,Changsong Gao,Rengjian Yu,Xiumei Wang,Lihua He,Yuanyuan Hu,Huajie Chen,Huipeng Chen,Tailiang Guo +8 more
TL;DR: In this article , an MXene material, Ti3C2Tx, is introduced as source electrode of organic vertical transistors, which significantly enhances the ability of gate modulation and reduces the sub-threshold swing to 73 mV/dec.

A one-structure-layer PDMS/Mxenes based stretchable triboelectric nanogenerator for simultaneously harvesting mechanical and light energy
Yaqian Liu,Yaqian Liu,Enlong Li,Yujie Yan,Zenan Lin,Qizhen Chen,Xiumei Wang,Liuting Shan,Huipeng Chen,Huipeng Chen,Tailiang Guo,Tailiang Guo +11 more
TL;DR: In this article, a multifunctional stretchable TENG using polydimethylsiloxane/Mxenes composites as triboelectric layer is demonstrated, which is able to simultaneously harvest mechanical and light energy.
