Vertically aligned ZnO nanorods arrays grown by chemical bath deposition for ultraviolet photodetectors with high response performance
TL;DR: In this article, the effect of precursor concentration of sols on the properties of ZnO seed layer was investigated, and indicated that the crystallinity and growth orientation of samples depend significantly on precursor concentration.

Study on structural and optical properties of Mn-doped ZnO thin films by sol-gel method
TL;DR: In this article, the structural and optical properties of Mn-doped ZnO with different concentrations and film thickness were systematically investigated, and it was shown that with the increase of Mn doping concentration, the crystallization of ZnOs decreased, and the preferred orientation was weakened, while the ultraviolet-visible absorption coefficient rose as the energy gap (Eg) decreases and Urbach energy (EU) increases.

Structural, optical and photoelectric properties of Mn-doped ZnO films used for ultraviolet detectors
TL;DR: In this paper, the microstructural, morphological, optical and photoelectric properties of Mn-doped ZnO (MZO) films were investigated at different withdrawal speeds (WS: 20, 40, 60 and 80 mm s−1).
