An FPGA-based ultrahigh-speed industrial controller comprises a main control unit, an FPGA independent power supply unit, a JTAG debugging interface circuit, an EPCS16 program configuration circuit, a clock input and automatic/manual reset circuit unit, a conditioning board power supply unit, a 16-path analog quantity input A/D conversion unit, an eight-path analog quantity output D/A conversion unit, a switch quantity input signal isolation and conditioning unit, a switch quantity output signal isolation and drive unit, an RS232/half/full-duplex RS485/RS422 bus communication unit, 16 paths of industrial site switch quantity input, an upper computer or an access industrial network. According to the FPGA-based ultrahigh-speed industrial controller, only one FPGA is used as a main control chip to complete analog quantity and switch quantity acquisition and control of an industrial control system. The FPGA-based ultrahigh-speed industrial controller has the most prominent features of high speed and ultrahigh speed and has the advantages of low cost, good versatility, high stability, good reliability, field programmability and strong expansion capability and the like.

The invention discloses an NAND Flash fault tolerant system based on an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array). The NAND Flash fault tolerant system comprises a Flash bad block management subsystem, a USB (Universal Serial Bus) communication subsystem and an upper computer, wherein the Flash bad block management subsystem consists of the FPGA and a Flash array, and is used for detecting factory bad blocks by querying a flag bit of Flash in a spare area, querying return states of a reading operation, a writing operation and an erasing operation to detect lost bad blocks, and recording addresses of all the bad blocks. The Flash is partitioned into three logical areas, namely, a mapping good block area, a bad block area and an information storage area respectively, and an address mapping table is built and stored in the information storage area. The FPGA serves as a core controller, is communicated with the upper computer through the USB communication subsystem, and can receive a control instruction sent by the upper computer and upload data. A usage condition, including a space size of the good block area, a data storage status and the like of a current NAND Flash array can be queried through the upper computer; automatic detection can be performed to update the address mapping table; and stored data in the Flash array can be read, and data can be stored in the Flash array.

By the control system and method, the size and the weight of the servo mechanism are greatly reduced because a mode of directly driving a lead screw by a motor is adopted, and reliability of the servo mechanism is improved; the FPGA-based core board and the peripheral interface extension board are adopted, instantaneity is good, computing efficiency is high, and extensibility is also high; and the servo mechanism and the servo controller are integrated, so that integration level is high, dynamic response is quick, and control precision is high.

Small liquid/solid rocket thrust vectoring nozzle servo control system and method

The invention relates to servo server control in the field of industrial automation, in particular to a control system and method of a servo driver field bus interface. The control system comprises a field bus peripheral interface circuit, an FPGA module and a serial bus communication circuit module. The control method comprises an uplink process control method and a downlink process control method. The control system and method enables a traditional servo server to be capable of being connected to a field bus and mixed with other field bus devices in use, the control system and method adopts field bus communication and has the advantages of being good in anti-interference capacity, good in expansibility and the like, so that a distance between the system and the servo server can be several hundred meters, and the control system and method is suitable for a large machine tool. In addition, the number of connecting wires for a hanger and a power distribution cabinet is greatly decreased, and the electric appliance cabinet wire arrangement efficiency is improved.

Control system and method of servo driver field bus interface

The invention provides a parallel data acquisition system which is formed by an ADC0809, a dual-port RAMI chip DT7005, an SCM, a CPLD chip MAX7000S, and a serial communication module. The ADC0809, the dual-port RAMI chip DT7005, the SCM and the CPLD chip MAX7000S are connected through the serial communication module. The SCM is connected to the CPLD chip MAX7000S through the serial communication module. The CPLD chip MAX7000S is connected to the ADC0809 through the serial communication module. The ADC0809 is connected to the dual-port RAMI chip DT7005 through the serial communication module. According to the system, through introducing a dual-port RAM, the control of A/D conversion is realized by using the CPLD chip, data is stored in the dual-port RAM, a host machine can obtain A/D conversion data by only realizing the access of the dual-port RAM, and the efficiency of the host machine is improved.

The present invention comprises a field programmable gate array (FPGA), two A/D converters, a D/A converter, a crystal oscillator, a keyboard module, a display module, a FLASH memory, an SDRAM memory and an EEPROM memory, wherein the field programmable gate array comprises two A/D conversion control modules, a D/A conversion control module, a kernel control module for controlling calculation, a clock module, two dual-port RAMs and a soft-core processor. The servo controller can realize that the hardware realization of PID control calculation, as well as the pipeline realization parallel processing of A/D conversion, control calculation and D/A conversion, remarkably shortens control period, realizes the monitoring of the soft-core processor to the kernel control module as well as man-computer interaction, has extremely fast computing speed and high flexibility, can be widely applied to servo control systems in the industrial automation field, and is wide in application scope.
