Tartaric acid assisted hydrothermal synthesis of different flower-like ZnO hierarchical architectures with tunable optical and oxygen vacancy-induced photocatalytic properties
Tingzhi Liu,Yangyang Li,Hao Zhang,Min Wang,Xiaoyan Fei,Shuwang Duo,Ying Chen,Jian Pan,Wei Wang +8 more
TL;DR: Different flower-like ZnO hierarchical architectures were prepared by tartaric acid assisted hydrothermal synthesis, especially four flower-and chrysanthemum-like structures were obtained simultaneously under the same reaction condition as mentioned in this paper.

Effect of temperature on structural and optical properties of ZnS thin films by chemical bath deposition without stirring the reaction bath
Huan Ke,Shuwang Duo,Tingzhi Liu,Tingzhi Liu,Sun Qi,Chengxiang Ruan,Xiaoyan Fei,Jilin Tan,Sheng Zhan +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, ZnS thin films were deposited at different temperatures on glass substrates by chemical bath deposition method without stirring the deposition bath, and the results showed that higher temperature is favorable for the formation of relatively high stoichiometric film, due to the lower concentration of OH−.

Effect of four different zinc salts and annealing treatment on growth, structural, mechanical and optical properties of nanocrystalline ZnS thin films by chemical bath deposition
Tingzhi Liu,Tingzhi Liu,Huan Ke,Hao Zhang,Shuwang Duo,Sun Qi,Xiaoyan Fei,Guyue Zhou,Hui Liu,Lijuan Fan +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, four different zinc salts were deposited on glass substrates by chemical bath deposition method, and four different anions of zinc salts affect the deposition mechanism and growth rate, which influence the properties of the films significantly.

Effect of substrate surface pretreatment and annealing treatment on morphology, structure, optical and electrical properties of sputtered ZnO films
TL;DR: In this paper, ZnO films were deposited on glass substrates at room temperature by RF magnetron sputtering method and the average transmission of all samples is over 85% in the wavelength range of 400-1000nm.
