The invention relates to an IGBT taking-replacing method and an IGBT taking-replacing apparatus for implementing the method. The IGBT taking-replacing method mainly adopts the following steps of (1) performing pressure releasing on an IGBT crimping valve section to lower the pre-tightening force between parts to set values, and ensuring that the parts are mutually tightened and supported; (2) propping open radiators on the two sides of a to-be-replaced IGBT assembly, and taking out the to-be-replaced IGBT; (3) placing the qualified IGBT between the corresponding radiators on the two sides, andremoving the propping open acting force applied to the radiators on the two sides; and (4) performing pressurizing on the IGBT crimping valve section to improve the pre-tightening force between partsto rate values to complete taking and replacing, wherein under the premise that the overall stability of the valve section is ensured, the radiators on the two sides of the faulty IGBT are propped open, so that the faulty IGBT can be fully taken out without damaging the other parts in the crimping valve section, the labor intensity is lowered, the working efficiency is improved, and relatively high reliability is achieved.

The invention provides a three-level module based on an integrated gate commutated thyristor. The three-level module comprises a power component in which four IGCTs constitute a first power string, four freewheeling diodes constitute a second power string, two absorption diodes and two neutral-point-clamped (NPC) diodes constitute a third power string; a heat dissipation component which includes asupport water pipe and heat sinks fixed to the first power string, the second power string, and the third power string; a press-fitting device configured to press-fit the first power string, the second power string and the third power string in a frame formed by an upper pressure plate, the support water pipe and a lower pressure plate, wherein the second power string and the third power string are symmetric about a longitudinal line passing through the first power string, and a NPC resistor is fixed to the first side surface of the frame by a support sheet metal member. The three-level module based on the integrated gate commutated thyristor provided by the invention is high in integration degree and convenient to maintain, and can satisfy the requirements for power, power transmission and module compactness in the offshore wind power and ship industries.

An IGCT based three-level module comprises a first phase module, a second phase module, a third phase module and and press mounting device; the press mounting device comprises a press mounting assembly and a press mounting frame; the first, second and third phase modules are press-mounted in the press-mounting frame successively along the height direction of the press-mounting frame; IGCT in the first, second and third phase modules form a first press-mounting string along the height direction of the press-mounting frame; freewheeling diodes in the first, second and third phase modules form a second press-mounting string along the height direction of the press-mounting frame; and intermediate-point clamp diodes and absorber diodes in the first, second and third phase modules form a third press-mounting string along the height direction of the press-mounting frame. The three-level model can reduce the total size of a three-phase rectification or inversion unit effectively.

Radiator connectors matched with a press-fitting string radiator are arranged at the front end of the first supporting plate and the front end of the second supporting plate correspondingly. According to the replacement tool for press-fitting string devices, the distance between the supporting plates is adjusted through cooperation of gear pairs between the assemblies, the load driving capacity is high, the structure is simple and reliable, and a single person can operate the replacement tool to complete device replacement rapidly.

The present invention provides a modularization multi-level converter submodule. The negative interface busbar of a press fitting module is connected with a first external busbar, the PH interface busbar of the press fitting module is connected with a second external busbar, a discharge resistor is electrically connected with a support capacitor, one electrical contact point of the support capacitor is connected with a first electrical interface of an electric reactor through a first connection busbar, the other electrical contact point of the support capacitor is connected with the negative interface busbar of the press fitting module through a second connection busbar, the second electrical interface of the electric reactor is electrically connected with the positive interface busbar of the press fitting module, the two electrical interfaces of an absorption resistor are respectively electrically connected with the press fitting module and the first electrical interface of the electric reactor, and a gate pole power source is electrically connected with the door drive power source interface of the press fitting module. The embodiment of the invention further provides a modularization multi-level converter. The modularization multi-level converter submodule and the modularization multi-level converter provided by the embodiment are reasonable in layout, high in integration and compact in structure, and save the space.
