Epoxy coating and preparation method and application thereof

The invention relates to an environment-friendly double-component epoxy anticorrosion primer without containing heavy metals such as chromium and the like. The primer is prepared from components A and B, wherein the component A contains bisphenol A epoxy resin, active dilute, tinting pigment, antirust pigment, filler, auxiliary agent, mixed solvent and the like; and the component A is a curing agent component and contains two cashew nut shell modified phenolic aldehyde amine curing agents with different amine values and a mixed solvent. During use, the components A and B are mixed in a weightratio of 5 to 1. The anticorrosion primer does not contain the heavy metals such as chromium and the like, and meanwhile has excellent anticorrosion performance, physical and mechanical properties, salt mist resistance and acid and alkali resistance. The primer is particularly suitable for coating steel materials, aluminum materials, aluminum alloy and the like, and can be used as a surface anticorrosion primer for airplanes, rapid trains and the like with high anticorrosion requirements. The primer can be normally constructed even at the low temperature of 5 DEG C below zero, and has excellent matching property with finishing paint.

The invention belongs to the field of aviation paint technology, and relates to a high-temperature-resisting aluminum paint used on steel surfaces, and a preparation method thereof. The paint is composed of three components with a weight ratio of 100:3-10:5-20. A component one is composed of a film-forming substance, a pigment and filling material, an auxiliary agent, and a solvent according to a weight ratio of 40-70:5-20:1-5:20-50. A component two is polyamide resin. A component three is aluminum powder slurry. The paint has a good heat resistance, good hardness, good solvent resistance, and good salt spray resistance. When a coating formed by construction is held for 5h under a temperature of 300 DEG C, the coating is well-preserved. The pencil hardness of the coating is no lower than 2H. During part assembly, the coating can hardly get scratched. Under a normal temperature, the coating is not changed after 60d in water and 60d in oil. With a salt spray test of 2000h, the comprehensive performance of the coating is determined as grade 1.

The maintaining grease for the steel wire rope, which is disclosed by the invention, has the advantages of excellent wearresistance, favorable corrosion resistance, favorable penetration performance, favorable adhesion and oxidation stability as well as effectively-prolonged storage and service life of the steel wire rope.

The prepared ultra high molecular weight polyethylene fiber wear-resisting rope has good abrasion resistance, compared with a public technology, service life is greatly improved, and the method can be widely used in the fields such as sea large ships, naval vessels and harbor towropes.
