The invention discloses a flow-pressure double close loop gas pressure control method and device. The method comprises the steps of: S1, obtaining the flow data and the pressure data respectively collected in real time by a flow sensor and a pressure sensor; S2, according to inflow data and gas pressure data, the internal loop system of a double close loop system employing the difference between inputted flow data and interference flow data as an internal loop control parameter, and furthermore calculating the movement direction and displacement of a valve; S3, the external loop system of the double close loop system calculating the difference between the gas pressure data at an outlet and inputted target pressure data to obtain a system static state error, and calculating the additional adjusting movement direction and adjusting displacement for the valve; and S4, adjusting the valve according to a calculation result, allowing system pressure to be in a target control scope. The flow-pressure double close loop gas pressure control method and device can be used for a gas pressure control system of a small target size and a large flow scope, and have the characteristics of high control efficiency, and fast response speed.
