The invention discloses a flash tank and a treatment process after production of an ethylene-propylene copolymerized elastomer. The flash tank comprises a tank body, wherein a feed port is arranged on the top of the tank body, a discharge port is arranged on the bottom of the tank body, an inner coil pipe capable of spiraling upwards is arranged on the lower part in the tank body, an outer coil pipe is arranged on the outer part of the tank body and around the outer wall of the tank body, and an inlet and an outlet of the inner coil pipe pass through the lower part of the tank body and extend from the flash tank. The treatment process comprises the following steps of feeding the materials, recovering ethylene and propylene at a medium pressure, settling the materials, furthermore recovering ethylene and propylene, and recovering the materials. The flash tank has the following beneficial effects that the temperature in the flash tank is relatively uniform, fused discharge of the materials is facilitated, and materials are prevented from being scaled on a polymerizer. The liquid-phase materials are separated from the gas-phase materials. The recovery treatment process can meet the combustible gas treatment requirement, and prevent the combustible gas from being at the explosive limit and furthermore prevent hidden troubles caused by the combustible gas.

By adopting the production method adopting a suspension method, a Ziegler Natta catalyst is used, and liquid-phase propylene is taken as a suspension liquid to react at a low temperature, so that a product floats and is dispersed in the liquid-phase propylene, particles generated at a low temperature are not dissolved into the liquid-phase propylene, the sticky kettle problem is solved, and the characteristics of batch production are utilized, so that the structure of the product accords with the requirements by controlling the raw material ratio and the polymerization parameters. By adopting the preparation method, the defects of expensive metallocene catalyst and technical monopoly are overcome, a method for preparing an ethylene-propylene copolymerized elastomer with high ethylene content by using the Ziegler-Natta catalyst is provided, the problem of sticky kettle is solved, the ethylene content of the prepared ethylene-propylene copolymerized elastomer is 8-20%, the isotacticity is 8-15%, and the vicat softening point is 50-85 DEG C.
