The machining method comprises the following steps: a part blank is roughly machined to reserve more than two process bosses; the process bosses are used for clamping the part; auxiliary bodies are machined on the process bosses; the auxiliary bodies serve as one part of the part to participate in the milling; the part is machined from one surface of the part to reach the design size, and the auxiliary bodies are remained; the remained process bosses are used for overturning the part, and then the part is clamped, and is supported by auxiliary support bodies; a main body of the other surface of the part is machined to reach the design size; the auxiliary bodies serve as blank bodies to mill the unmachined part curved surface, and the margins of the auxiliary bodies are connected with the remained process bosses; and the auxiliary support bodies are removed, the connection between the auxiliary bodies and the remained process bosses is cut off, and residual auxiliary bodies on the part are removed. The method uses the auxiliary bodies as transitions to bring convenience for the numerical control programming and the removal of the process bosses; no machining defect exists on the surface of the part; the machining precision is high; the process programming speed is accelerated; the numerical control programming and machining efficiency is improved; and the machining method is suitable for promotion and application.
