TL;DR: Five novel S-DACO analogues of 6-cyclohexyl-1-alkyl)-2-oxo-2-phenyl-ethylsulfanyl)pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones were designed, synthesized and evaluated for their antiviral activities in MT-4 cells and compound 5c was identified as the most promising inhibitor against HIV-1 replication.

C6-structural optimizations of 2-aryl-1H-pyrazole-S-DABOs: From anti-HIV to anti-DENV activity.
Rui Ruomei,Cheng-Run Tang,Chun-Tao Zhang,Wen-Kai Pan,Kai Gan,Rong-Hua Luo,Zi-Qian Wei,Fan-Shun Jing,Si-Ming Huang,Liu-Meng Yang,Yi-Ming Li,Yue-Ping Wang,Wei-Lie Xiao,Hongbing Zhang,Yong-Tang Zheng,Yan-Ping He +15 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a series of 2-Aryl-1H-pyrazole-S-DABOs with C6-strucutral optimizations were developed as potent NNRTIs, among which, 8 compounds had low cytotoxicity and EC50 values in the range of 0.0508-∼-0.0966-μM.
