According to the present invention, a variable valve device control system comprises: a plurality of oil control valves (OCV) for supplying or blocking oil supplied from an oil pump to a plurality of variable valve devices, respectively; and one relief valve connected to the plurality of oil control valves to maintain a pressure on a plurality of control galleries providing a supply path of oil from the plurality of oil control valves to the plurality of variable valve devices. According to the present invention, the number of components for OCV and the oil circuit can be reduced, and packaging problems and problems regarding to rise in costs can be solved even if the variable valve device of a different type is applied to one engine.

The invention relates to a variable valve lift system oil path structure of an automobile engine. The variable valve lift system oil path structure is composed of an air cylinder body part and an air cylinder cover part. The air cylinder body part comprises an oil pump, an oil filter and an oil cooler, all of which are sequentially connected to a cylinder body main oil way. The oil inlet end of the cylinder body main oil way communicates with an oil pan. The oil outlet end of the cylinder body main oil way is divided into a first branch oil outlet end and a second branch oil outlet end. One end of a pressure release valve is connected with an oil way through communication, wherein the oil way is connected with the oil pump and the oil filter; and the other end of the pressure release valve communicates with the oil pan. The air cylinder cover part comprises an oil control valve, a cylinder cover main oil way, a VVL control oil way and executers, wherein the oil control valve and the cylinder cover main oil way are connected with the cylinder body main oil way through communication, and the VVL control oil way and the executers are connected with the oil control valve through communication. The cylinder cover main oil way is connected with the VVL control oil way through communication. The oil control valve communicates with the oil pan through an oil returning way. According to the variable valve lift system oil path structure, air can be completely prevented from entering the oil way and the executers when a VVL of the engine works, lubricating oil needed for the executers can be provided, and the executers can accurately achieve the valve lift change.

The invention discloses an oil channel structure of a cylinder cover assembly. The oil channel structure comprises a main oil channel, HLA (hydrauliclash adjuster) controlled oil channels, VVT controlled oil channels and a lubricant oil channel of a camshaft bearing journal; one part of the VVT controlled oil channel shares the lubricant oil channel of the camshaft bearing journal while the other part is the independent oil channel communicated with a longitudinal level oil channel of a camshaft bearing cover; a half of the independent oil channel is arranged at the bottom surface of the front end of the camshaft bearing cover while the other half is arranged on the top surface of the front end of a camshaft bearing block, the both halves are horizontal plane oil tanks formed by casting along the horizontal plane, and air inlet and outlet sides are communicated; when the camshaft bearing cover and a bearing block are fittingly mounted, the oil tanks are attached to form a completed oil channel, and the oil inlet end is communicated with the longitudinal level oil channel of the camshaft bearing cover. The number of the VVT controlled oil channels is small, part of the VVT controlled oil channels are formed by casing, the structure of the cylinder cover is simple and compact, and part manufacturing is low in cost.
