A gold nanocluster chemical tongue sensor array for Alzheimer's disease diagnosis.
Xiaojuan Han,Zhentao Man,Shenghao Xu,Lin Cong,Yongxiang Wang,Xiang Wang,Yifeng Du,Qinghua Zhang,Shi Tang,Zengfa Liu,Wei Li +10 more
TL;DR: In this article, a "chemical tongue" sensor array that is easy to use and based on four kinds of fluorescent gold nanoclusters (Au NCs) for discriminating between multiple proteins at nanomolar concentrations is presented.

Calcitonin protects chondrocytes from lipopolysaccharide-induced apoptosis and inflammatory response through MAPK/Wnt/NF-κB pathways.
TL;DR: The results showed that CT protects chondrocytes from LPS‐induced apoptosis and inflammatory response by regulating BMP‐2 and thus blocking MAPK/Wnt/NF‐&kgr;B pathways.

Silencing of Wnt5a prevents interleukin‑1β‑induced collagen type II degradation in rat chondrocytes
TL;DR: The silencing of Wnt5a mRNA could prevent the degradation of COL2 in OA-like chondrocytes, confirming that LV-Wnt 5a-RNAi may be used as a novel tool for OA treatment.

A gold nanocluster chemical tongue sensor array for Alzheimer’s disease diagnosis B Biointerfaces
Xiaojuan Han,Zhentao Man,Shenghao Xu,Lin Cong,Yongxiang Wang,Xiang Wang,Yifeng Du,Qinghua Zhang,Shi Tang,Zengfa Liu,Wei Li +10 more
TL;DR: The chemical tongue sensor array manufactured in this work paves the way for designing an auxiliary diagnosis method for AD that is less invasive and more convenient for the large-scale screening of patients.

Effect of Scutellarin inhibits collagen‑induced arthritis through TLR4/NF‑κB‑mediated inflammation.
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that scutellarin prevented CIA, and inhibited the expression of inflammation factors, IL‑1β, IL‐6 and TNF‑α, and reduced the levels of oxidative stress markers, SOD and MDA, as well as intercellular adhesion molecule‑1 and monocyte chemoattractant protein 1 in CIA mice.
