TL;DR: In this paper, a thermal load rapid identification method aiming at a liquid-cooling cold plate was proposed, which measures fluid temperature and device surface temperature, rapidly acquires device calorific value on the cold plate at initial stage of temperature change, and is greatly helpful for estimation of device operation states, device temperature prediction, device energy efficiency assessment and follow-up design of a control system.
