The invention provides an emergency command information labeling method and device. The method comprises the steps that a first annotation terminal packages an annotation position and corresponding emergency command information according to a preset packaging rule; the first annotation terminal selects a target annotation terminal from the second annotation terminals; the first annotation terminaltransmits the packaged annotation position and the corresponding emergency command information to the target annotation terminal through the streaming media server; the target annotation terminal analyzes the packaged annotation position and the corresponding emergency command information based on a preset analysis rule to obtain the annotation position and the corresponding emergency command information, wherein the preset analysis rule corresponds to the preset packaging rule; and the target labeling terminal labels and displays the corresponding emergency command information at the labeling position of the geographic information system installed in the target labeling terminal. According to the invention, the sharing of the annotation position and the emergency command information at different annotation terminals can be realized conveniently and quickly.

The embodiment of the invention provides an emergency processing method. The method is applied to an internet of scenes; the internet of scenes includes an internet of scenes server, an internet of scenes terminal, an emergency processing server, and a web server; connection information of the emergency processing terminal is stored in the internet of scenes server; the web server performs communication with a web browser; and the method comprises the steps of enabling the emergency processing server to receive an emergency command request sent by the internet of scenes terminal, wherein the emergency command request includes accident information as well as emergency command video connection requests, and the accident information includes accident grading information; enabling the emergency processing server to order the accident information according to the accident grading information, and successively send the accident information to the web server according to an order; and enabling the web server to successively send the emergency command video connection requests to the internet of scenes server according to the order. The purpose of efficiently processing an emergency accident at a high quality is implemented.
