According to the embodiment of the invention, the dynamic gesture recognition is realized.

The method comprises outputting multimodal data through the virtual human; acquiring multimodal interaction data of a user; parsing the multimodal interaction data, which contain images of a waving gesture detected and extracted through the vision ability; when the waving gesture meets preset conditions, determining the intention of the gesture to indicating spatial displacement; enabling the virtual human to respond to the intention of spatial displacement and meanwhile to move.

According to the dynamic gesture recognition method and device, a plurality of gesture images of continuous time frames are acquired; each gesture image is divided into a plurality of image blocks; Fourier transformation and skin color change judgment are performed on each image, so that gestures image blocks and non-gesture image blocks can be recognized; logic operation is performed on the gesture images corresponding to adjacent time frames according to the identification values of the gesture image blocks and non-gesture image blocks in the gesture images corresponding to the adjacent time frames; and gesture slide is recognized according to a logic operation result. According to the processing process of the method, processing on a whole image is not required, and the logic operation is adopted to simplify and integrate a plurality of identified image block relations, so that gesture recognition can be quickly and accurately performed; and the algorithm does not need to occupy a large amount of memory resources, and therefore, the efficiency of gesture recognition is greatly improved.
